The Home
My home was designed by Mexican architect Luis Favela. It is approximately 2000 square ft. and has a very spacious feel with high ceilings and a large screened in patio. The home is fully airconditioned. Two of the bedrooms (one king and one queen) have separate baths. The third bedroom has twin beds and would be appropriate for youngsters. Ceiling fans throughout the house and tight screens make for very comfortable tropical living.
The kitchen is thoroughly equipped with a European gas range, microwave oven, Le Creuset cookware and Gaggia cappuccino machine. A private pool is situated off the master bedroom. The property is situated on a river that offers great kayaking and leads to a lake and the ocean. Photos available on request.

The Neighborhood
Pacific Harbour is a residential community located about 40 Km. from the capitol city of Suva. The community surrounds a championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones. It is situated on the Bega reef which is world renowned for scuba diving, deep-sea fishing and surfing. The community is a mix of islanders and �expats�. There are shops, restaurants and a small hotel in the immediate area. The water is chlorinated and there is a doctor and police post near by.

Other Information
There is a full time gardener and pool attendant. A maid is available on request. There is also a propane barbecue. The house has perimeter flood lighting on motion detectors and a very secure monitored alarm system. Private car pickup at the airport is available.
