Boca Raton is located only fifty miles north of Miami, and a short drive to Disney. The unit is in a gated community right across the street from FAU (Florida Atlantic University), a great four year US university. This would be a great investment as it can always be rented if you wish. Its also only five minutes from the beach.

I am exploring at different options, renting the hostal or find roommates for two and one half months beginning early January to mid-March 2009. The reason I prefer apartment is that I can bring new friends to my place and more private, also at reasonable rate.
I want roommates to be very open minded, down to earth, willing to show me around Brazil sometimes, but if you can't, just help me find where I should go. I am 100% straight, 37 years old, deaf male, enjoy beach, festivals, tourism, nightlife, everything!
I also want to spend ALL week celebrating at Carnival. I love Mardi Gras, been to Mardi Gras New Orleans, Louisiana, United States 4 times. I keep hearing Brazil is the best, much, much better than New Orleans.

The neighborhood is awesome with restaurants, bars, galleries, parks, etc. all within a 5 minute walk. Definitely like any Manhattan neighborhood but a little quieter. The Neighborhood
Pacific Harbour is a residential community located about 40 Km. from the capitol city of Suva. The community surrounds a championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones. It is situated on the Bega reef which is world renowned for scuba diving, deep-sea fishing and surfing. The community is a mix of islanders and “expats”. There are shops, restaurants and a small hotel in the immediate area. The water is chlorinated and there is a doctor and police post near by.
Other Information
There is a full time gardener and pool attendant. A maid is available on request. There is also a propane barbecue. The house has perimeter flood lighting on motion detectors and a very secure monitored alarm system. Private car pickup at the airport is available.
